1. Agreement
By using this site, requesting a callback, or booking services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit contact forms.
2. Services
Zech Support provides general technology assistance (for example: setup, troubleshooting, training, and referrals to specialists when appropriate). Estimates on the pricing page are informational and may change based on actual time on site and scope discovered during the visit.
We do not guarantee a specific outcome for every issue, especially where hardware has failed, data is unrecoverable, or third-party services block access.
3. Accounts & sign-in
If you create or use an account (for example via Google sign-in), you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect misuse.
4. Payments & memberships
Fees, trip charges, and optional priority membership are as described at checkout or on the pricing page unless otherwise agreed in writing. Membership benefits apply only while the subscription is active and in good standing.
5. Privacy & data
Information you submit through contact forms or account features is used to respond to you and operate the service. Do not send passwords or full payment card numbers through unsecured messages.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zech Support is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit, except where prohibited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
